Project Scope
Infrastructure Development
The Vostok Oil project includes the construction of extensive infrastructure across the Taymyr Peninsula, including new pipelines, power generation facilities, a deep-water Arctic port (Sever Bay), and supporting logistics bases. This infrastructure will enable year-round export of crude oil via the Northern Sea Route.
